The different stages of a manufacturing process require intermediate degreasing to remove oils, greases, pigments, oxides, polishing and rodent pastes and to prepare the surface for subsequent operations such as welding, assembly, heat treatment, bonding, etc.

The different types of BONDERITE® inter-operation degreasers :
1/ BONDERITE® alkaline degreasers:
- Highly alkaline degreasers for immersion and spraying applications on ferrous metals.
- Low or medium alkaline degreasers for all applications by spraying and dipping on light alloys.
- Special products for degreasing other substrates (thermoplastics, glass, ceramics, etc.).

2/ BONDERITE® neutral degreasers:
Neutral degreasers are intended for the treatment of surfaces made of steel, cast iron, light alloys and non-ferrous metals. They provide both degreasing and temporary corrosion protection.

- Liquids,
- Weakly alkaline,
- With or without mineral salts,
- With temporary anti-corrosion function,
- Release of the oils,
- Can be used without rinsing.
3/ BONDERITE® Acid Degreasers :
Acid degreasers are used to degrease, pickle and deoxidize ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Advantages and specificities :
- Phosphatant protection,
- Preparation before heat treatment,
- Low COD,
- Can be used without rinsing.
