Dimensions : the most common sizes for titanium baskets dedicated to silver plating are 600mm long X 100 and 200mm wide. They are 15mm thick to minimize immobilized material.
So that the siver granules remain well in the baskets, we are using micro-mesh : 4 x 2mm.

We define with you the shape and height of the hook according to the support bar (round or rectangular). The dimensions of the basket are calculated according to your needs in anodic surface and current passage. Options are at your disposal such as the funnel to facilitate filling, the ring or the handling system and reinforcement belts.
Uses : the main uses of the titanium basket are continuous surface treatment and traditional surface treatment.
A polypropylene anode bag on the basket is recommended for filtration.
