Product description : our tin granules are made from primary tin, i.e. from “non-recycled” raw material. Those shapes are still used but have been replaced by tin lenses. The packing density is 6 kg per dm3.
Uses : tin granules are used as anodes in methanesulfonic acid baths. The main use is reel to reel tin plating. They are placed in rectangular titanium baskets with a funnel to optimize filling. An anode bag is recommended for filtration.
The tin granule can also be used for fine dosage in foundry.
Packaging : 20 kg steel drums (other types of packaging available upon request).
