Product description : zinc pellets are an intermediate product between the half ball and the zinc dome in term of size, allowing you to optimize your manufacturing process.
Uses : zinc pellets are placed in iron or titanium baskets. For zinc baths with an external dissolving tank, the pellets are put in a dissolution tank in order to optimize the contact with the iron
They are used for acid baths based on zinc chloride, potassium chloride or ammonium chloride, and in zinc sulphate baths.
Zinc pellets can also be used in alkaline caustic soda or caustic potash baths with or without external dissolution tanks.
Finally, they are suitable for cyanide baths containing sodium cyanide, zinc oxide or zinc cyanide.
Zinc pellets allow easy maintenance of the metal level in the baskets.
