Purity : zinc berlingots are made from high-purity SHG (Super High Grade) zinc > 99.995%. The very low impurity content guarantees a high-quality zinc plating.

Product description : zinc berlingots are the purest product for your zinc baths. The particular production method allows to reduce impurities and above all, gives a surface without oxidation. This allows a much more effective dissolution than with other anode shapes.
Uses : the zinc berlingot is placed in titanium or iron baskets. It is particularly effective for cyanide-free alkaline baths with an external dissolution tank. Its special shape allows to maximize the contact with the iron, accelerating the dissolution process.
Zinc berlingots may also be used for acid baths based on zinc chloride, potassium chloride or ammonium chloride, and in zinc sulphate baths.
Finally, they are suitable for cyanide baths containing sodium cyanide, zinc oxide or zinc cyanide.
Zinc berlingots allow easy maintenance of the metal level in the baskets. The small zinc berlingot is particularly suitable for continuous treatments, due to its small size.
