Product description : our tin granules are made from primary tin and lead ingots, i.e. from “non-recycled” raw material. They are used for their soldering characteristics at low temperatures. They are placed in rectangular titanium baskets with a funnel to optimize filling. An anode bag is recommended for filtration.
Uses : This shape has been specially designed for surface treatment to increase the anodic surface, to avoid the bridging effect and to slide evenly in the bottom of the titanium baskets until it dissolves.
Tin lead granules are used in acidic methanesulfonate baths. The main uses in traditional electroplating are for the electronics industry in the military (weapons) and aeronautics fields. This granule can also be used for Hot Air Leveling to metalized printing circuit board.
