Product description : chromium nitrate comes as blue-green crystals, with a minimum content of 96%. It is hygroscopic.
Uses : in surface treatment, trivalent chromium-based formulations use chromium nitrate as a base compound for decorative chrome plating in the valve and automotive industries. It is also used in the aviation industry for processing aluminum, as well as in the catalysis industry.
