Product description : propionic acid comes as a colorless solution, with a pungent odor and a minimum purity of 99,5%.
Uses : propionic acid is used in electroplating as an additive for electroless nickel. It is also used as a chemical intermediate in the synthesis of drugs or to modify synthetic cellulose fibers. Its esters are used as solvents and in the production of perfumes and flavors.
