Type ZA 3000 trapezoidal anodes made of Aluminium-Indium alloy HYDRAL 2C® are particularly suitable for cathodic protection of all fixed structures immersed in seawater, in particular oil infrastructures (jacket-deck, jack-up rig, FPSO, etc.) and support structures for offshore wind turbines (single-pile mast, multipode jacket, etc.)
Fastener inserts can be straight flat or bent to move the anode away from the surface to be protected; they can be bolted (with factory preparation) to a previously welded reinforcing plate on the structure. Type ZA3000 anodes can also be supplied with cylindrical (round solid) or tubular inserts, angled or not.
An epoxy paint can be applied on the inner side.
