BONDERITE® CRYSTALLINE phosphatations are used in the automotive, steel, aerospace, household appliances industries, etc. for various purposes such as :
- Preparation before painting
- Protection before oily or dry finish
- Cold deformation of metals
- Improvement of friction coefficients
The main CRYSTALLINE phosphatations are based on Zinc or Manganese. Zinc phosphate conversion ensures high corrosion resistance and creates an ideal base for subsequent coating or painting operations.
Manganese phosphatations are intended to form homogeneous Mn/Fe mixed phosphates coatings on steel or cast-iron surfaces with a more or less fine structure, depending on the type of refining additive, with the aim of improving the anti-friction properties of these surfaces.
